In August 2024, Lanjingling collaborated with Hilton hotels in the Shanghai and Jiangsu areas to launch an ESG event. This month, Lanjingling conducted four weekend inclusive activities, one CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activity, two school inclusive activities, and one special activity.

8月30日下午，希尔顿上海江苏区域酒店ESG活动在上海开展。蓝睛灵作为支持团队分享了视障者真实故事，并以无障碍引导师的身份组织希尔顿东部区域酒店的高管团队进行沉浸式体验活动，以引发参与者思考，如何更好地在酒店中创建无障碍环境。未来，我们将与希尔顿一起持续推动残障群体的融合就业，创造平等、包容、多元化的工作环境。
On the afternoon of August 30th, Hilton Hotels from Shanghai and Jiangsu participated in an ESG event in Shanghai. As a supporting organization, Lanjingling shared true stories from visually impaired members and guided the East Hilton management team in immersive activities, aiming to evoke reflection on how to create an accessible environment in hotels. Moving forward, Lanjingling will continue partnering with Hilton to promote inclusive employment for persons with visual impairment, with the goal of creating an equal, welcoming, and diverse work environment.

做你的眼睛第386期至第389期周末融合活动于8月4日、11日、18日和25日在世纪公园、古美公园、黄浦滨江和闵行文化公园开展。
The 386th to 389th beYoureyeS weekend inclusive activities were held on August 4th, 18th, and 25th at Century Park, Gumei Park, Huangpu Riverside, and Minhang Cultural Park respectively.

蓝睛灵与起向教育携手开展公益主题高中生夏令营活动
Lanjingling Collaborates with Qixiang Education to Conduct Service-Themed High School Summer Camp Event

8月5日，蓝睛灵与起向教育合作，蓝睛灵的无障碍引导师在光启公园为学生们带来了无障碍意识工作坊，在室内分享有关信息无障碍的案例，也从视障者的角度，分享各自的经历和对融合教育、融合就业的看法，随后引导学生参与无障碍体验活动。
On August 5th, Lanjingling collaborated with Qixiang Education at Guangqi Park. Lanjingling’s accessibility mentors presented an accessibility awareness workshop for students, sharing cases related to the accessibility of information. They also shared experiences and opinions regarding inclusive education and employment from the perspective of persons with visual impairment, guiding students through immersive accessibility activities.

8月9日，蓝睛灵视障引导师参与本次夏令营的学生无障碍研究项目的成果汇报，并给学生们提出了优化建议，支持学生们以行动倡导无障碍。
On August 9th, Lanjingling’s accessibility mentors participated in the final presentations of the summer camp students’ accessibility research projects, offering valuable advice and encouraging them to advocate for accessibility through their own actions.

8月6日，蓝睛灵的三位代表受邀参加了在上海举行的第七届金盲杖视障大学生预科班结营仪式，并参与了视障青年发展对话。
On August 6th, three representatives from Lanjingling were invited to participate in the graduation ceremony of the 7th “Golden Cane” Visually Impaired College Preparatory Camp. They also engaged in a dialogue with youths with visual impairment regarding their development.
2.“指尖上的艺术”无障碍艺术体验活动，艺术投影美好的心灵

8月11日下午，在蓝睛灵公益实践基地（指向轻艇会古美公园），蓝睛灵和世外的高中生团队一起开展了“指尖上的艺术”无障碍艺术体验活动。本次活动有视障者和健视师生一起参与。活动有分享及触摸不同主题的立体名画，更有视障者和健视者一起共创艺术作品。
On the afternoon of August 11th, at the Lanjingling Public Welfare Practice Base (Direction Kayak, Gumei Park), Lanjingling joined students from Shanghai World Foreign Language School to conduct the “Art on the Fingertips” Accessible Art Exhibition. The event featured both students and faculty members of SWFLS and Lanjingling members with visual impairments. Activities included sharing and touching 3D art of various themes, inviting participants with visual impairments and those without to create art together.

This month, two activities were conducted at the Lanjingling Public Welfare Practice Base (Direction Kayak, Gumei Park). On August 11th, the 387th weekend inclusive activity, titled “Art of the Fingertips” Accessible Art Activity, took place.

8月17日，希尔顿招聘公众号发布了《1个职场，4个故事，希望与你一起发光发热》，第一个故事由百日计划4期学员晓茵讲述，晓茵用她平和又坚定的语气，讲述了她入职希尔顿酒店的前前后后，遇到的人、遇到的事、遇到的心情，遇到的成长。这些“遇到”看似人生的偶然，但又都因为每个环节的人，都有着一颗积极追寻打破障碍的心，而变得更像一股从涓涓细流汇集出的坚定力量，一步一步的向前突破与探索。

On August 17th, Hilton’s employment official account published the article “One Workplace, Four Stories: We Hope to Shine and Glow with You.” The first story was told by Xiaoyin, a student from the 4th session of the “100 Day Engagement.” With a calm yet affirmative tone, Xiaoyin outlined the new relationships, events, emotions, and growth she experienced after joining Hilton. Although these encounters seemed merely products of chance, they would not have been possible without the dedication of the people along Xiaoyin’s journey, who were committed to breaking limitations. Like streams flowing into rivers, their dedication has brought about change, one step at a time.

2.多方合作完成罗敏的百日计划目标——创作一首歌曲
2. Luomin’s 100 Day Engagement Goal – to Compose a Song
“百日计划”3期学员罗敏的百日目标之一是以蓝睛灵为主题创作一首歌曲。近日，这首原创歌曲在罗敏与他的朋友以及学生志愿者们多方人员的合作下圆满完成。
One of the goals of Luomin, a student from the 3rd session of the “Hundred Day Engagement Program,” was to write a song with the theme of Lanjingling. Recently, this original song was successfully produced by Luomin, his friends, and student volunteers.

beYoureyeS is a local NGO founded in January 2015, in Shanghai, and is dedicated to promoting sports accessibility, making it easier for those who are persons with visual impairments to enjoy sports.
在我们的活动中，无论视障者，还是健视者，都称呼彼此为蓝睛灵，我们的公益组织也叫这个名字。
Whether a runner with visual impairment or unimpaired runner, all of our participants are called "Lanjingling", which is also the name of our NGO.
