在这火热的盛夏,在视障群体的满满期待中,7月15日,蓝睛灵发布“百日计划” 2.0(5期)的招募文。前4期“百日计划”让视障者看到了融合就业的希望,在企业、公益机构都有机会让视障者一展所长,已有33位学员实现了融合就业梦想。
今年,蓝睛灵将与希尔顿集团合作,开启“百日计划”2.0版本,携手探索视障者融合就业新方向。已有往期学员入职希尔顿集团旗下酒店,大家在合理便利的无障碍支持下发挥自己的能力,不断地尝试,磨合,开创新的可能!招募活动在7月15日开启,7月31日截止。
Amid the vibrant summer heat, Lanjingling launched the recruitment campaign for 100-Day Engagement Program 2.0 (Phase 5) on July 15th.The first four phases of the program brought hope for inclusive employment to people with visual impairments, offering them opportunities to showcase their talents within enterprises and public welfare organizations. So far, 33 participants have achieved their dream of inclusive employment.
This year, Lanjingling is collaborating with Hilton Group to launch version 2.0 of 100-Day Engagement, exploring new paths for inclusive employment. The recruitment campaign will start on July 15th and end on July 31st.

做你的眼睛第382期至385期周末融合活动于7月7日、14日、21日和28日在世纪公园、古美公园、黄浦滨江和闵行文化公园开展。
在7月7日开展的第382期周末融合活动中,曲望作为见习培训师首次向大家详细分享了陪跑方法的部分。
在7月21日开展的第384期融合活动中,第一次参加活动的视障伙伴小施旁听了培训,深入了解蓝睛灵倡导的理念,还和队长一组体验了陪跑。小施分享:“我感觉用陪跑绳跑步,和以前在学校里跑步很不一样,很自由也很轻松。”

The 382nd to 385th beYoureyeS weekend inclusive activities were held on July 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th at Century Park, Gumei Park, Huangpu Riverside, and Minhang Cultural Park, respectively.
At the 382nd event on July 7th, Qu Wang, an intern trainer, shared detailed methods for guide running for the first time.On July 21st, at the 384th weekend inclusive activity, Xiao Shi, a visually impaired participant attending for the first time, joined the training to better understand Lanjingling’s principles. He also tried running with a guide rope alongside the team leader. Xiao Shi remarked, “Running with a guide rope feels very different from running at school. It’s much freer and more relaxed.”

7月21日上午,蓝睛灵在黄浦滨江开展了第384期周末融合活动。有十多位来自娇韵诗的志愿者参加活动,老朋友们参加陪跑陪走和视障伙伴一起运动愉快交流,新朋友们参加新人培训,在体验中了解视障礼仪及如何陪跑。
In the morning of July 21st, Lanjingling held the 384th weekend inclusive activity at Huangpu Riverside. More than ten volunteers from Clarins joined. Regular volunteers guided running and walking sessions, engaging in meaningful conversations with visually impaired participants. New volunteers underwent training to learn proper etiquette and guide-running techniques.

7月26日下午,蓝睛灵在福特汽车的会议室内举办了一场别开生面的无障碍意识工作坊。福特汽车财务部、金融财务部和工会委员会的员工们积极参与,现场气氛热烈。
In the afternoon of July 26th, Lanjingling hosted a unique accessibility awareness workshop at Ford’s headquarters. Employees from Ford’s finance department, financial services, and union committee actively participated in the event, fostering a lively atmosphere.

蓝睛灵的视障伙伴们在分享他们的故事的同时,让大家了解视障沟通礼仪和合理引导方式,并通过体验式互动游戏,启发参与者们进一步思考视障者的真实需求。我们相信,无障碍的终点,不是没有障碍,而是我们“看见不同,拥抱不同”。
Through storytelling, Lanjingling members with visual impairments taught participants communication etiquette and appropriate guiding techniques. Experiential games helped attendees reflect on the real needs of people with visual impairments.We believe that accessibility is not simply the absence of barriers but learning to “see and embrace differences.”

7月12日晚上8点,蓝睛灵成功开展视障者职场赋能“百日计划”往期学员经验分享会,为“百日计划”(2.0)5期预热。分享会上集合了前4期“百日计划”每一期的学员代表分享各自的故事,约70人参加了分享会。本次分享会,是即将开始招募学员的“百日计划”5期的预热活动,旨在让关注融合就业的视障伙伴全面了解“百日计划”,鼓舞大家如同先行者那般努力提升自身能力、勇敢迈出融合就业的步伐。
On July 12th at 8 PM, Lanjingling successfully hosted a sharing session with former participants of the 100-Day Engagement program. Around 70 people attended the session, featuring representatives from each of the first four phases. Participants shared their journeys, providing insights into the program’s impact. This warm-up event was organized to encourage visually impaired individuals interested in inclusive employment to improve their skills and confidently step into the workforce.

7月19日上午10点,“百日计划2.0:探索酒店行业融合就业的无限可能”线上分享会由希尔顿集团和蓝睛灵公益组织联合举办,取得了圆满成功。
此次分享会旨在探讨视障者在酒店行业实现融合就业的可能性。作为一家践行多元、平等和包容的企业,希尔顿集团为残障者提供了丰富的就业机会。
目前,三位“百日计划”第4期学员已经分别在广州希尔顿逸林酒店、广州越秀宾馆希尔顿格芮精选酒店、佛山希尔顿酒店工作。分享会上,他们与各自酒店的伙伴及管理层同事们畅谈了实习和工作期间的经历,分享了他们克服障碍的过程和收获,以及对视障者在酒店内实现更多工作可能性的信心和期待。
我们坚信,视障者的融合就业不仅是对多元包容理念的实践,更是接纳和尊重每一个人独特能力的体现,是推动无障碍社会的起点。“希望之光,点亮彼此”,无障碍的终点,不是没有障碍,而是我们“看见不同,拥抱不同”。
On July 19th at 10 AM, Hilton Group and Lanjingling co-hosted an online sharing session titled 100-Day Engagement 2.0: Exploring the Infinite Possibilities of Inclusive Employment in the Hospitality Industry.
Hilton, committed to diversity, equality, and inclusion, has in the past provided meaningful job opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
Currently, three Phase 4 participants are employed at Hilton properties in Guangzhou and Foshan. During the session, they discussed their experiences with colleagues and management, shared how they overcame challenges, and expressed confidence in achieving even more within the hotel industry.
We firmly believe that inclusive employment is not only a practice of diversity and inclusion but also a testament to recognizing each person’s talents. It marks the starting point for building an accessible society.“The light of hope illuminates us all.” Accessibility is not the absence of obstacles but our ability to “see and embrace differences.”

密歇根州全州选民选出的第一位盲人最高法官伯恩斯坦(Richard Bernstein)于近日来到上海开展交流活动。7月2日晚,在上海美国中心,蓝睛灵参加了与大法官的线下对谈活动。本次活动由上海美国中心主办,非常荣幸地邀请到了密歇根州全州选民选出的第一位盲人最高法官伯恩斯坦与感兴趣的公众进行线下对谈。伯恩斯坦大法官分享到,在工作中,他需要熟记所有需要讨论的案例中的要点,并根据法律条例,做出公正的审判。这场分享,给现场的视障者和健视者带来很大感触。蓝睛灵通过开展和参与多种类型的融合活动,让更多的人看到、了解视障群体,与越来越多的人们一起倡导无障碍理念。
Richard Bernstein, the first blind Supreme Court Justice elected by Michigan voters, visited Shanghai recently. On the evening of July 2nd, Lanjingling participated in a conversation with Justice Bernstein at the Shanghai American Center.
Hosted by the American Center, this event was a unique opportunity for the public to engage with Justice Bernstein. He shared how he memorizes key points from cases to ensure fair rulings, providing valuable insights for both visually impaired and sighted attendees.
Through such events, Lanjingling fosters understanding of the visually impaired community and promotes the concept of accessibility.
2、"做你的眼睛-苏州“8周年庆祝

“做你的眼睛-苏州”陪跑活动,由苏州市小红帽义工协会旗下的爱盲服务队精心组织。7月6日一早,苏州蓝睛灵们齐聚桐泾公园,他们在常规陪跑活动后跟着举行了8周年庆祝活动。大家为8周年的坚持和发展结果庆祝,组织方还为志愿者和视障者颁发了奖项,以表达对大家积极参与无障碍运动的感谢和认可。上海蓝睛灵受邀参与了此次8周年庆祝活动他们在活动现场深深感受到了苏州蓝睛灵们的喜悦与热情。正所谓“苏沪一家亲”,让我们携手共同推进无障碍融合环境的建设!
The beYoureyeS - Suzhou running event, organized by the Love Blind Service Team under the Suzhou Little Red Riding Hood Volunteer Association, celebrated its 8th anniversary on July 6th at Tongjing Park.
After the regular guide-running session, awards were presented to volunteers and visually impaired participants in recognition of their contributions to accessibility efforts.Members from Shanghai’s Lanjingling team joined the celebration, sharing in the joy and enthusiasm of their Suzhou counterparts. As the saying goes, “Suzhou and Shanghai are one family” – together, we strive to create a more inclusive and accessible environment.

7月14日、17日、20日,上海兔曌文化团队创作并发布了三集关于蓝睛灵的剧集。来自上海兔曌文化的拍摄团队关注到蓝睛灵的活动并在5月参加了第375期周末融合活动。他们通过短剧的方式原汁原味地表现了几位海归年轻人在周末融合活动中的体验和练习,了解了与视障者的沟通、引导行走或入座、陪跑等知识方法,故事也倡导更多的人关注无障碍融合活动,一起推广无障碍的理念。
On July 14th, 17th, and 20th, the Shanghai Tuhao Culture team released three episodes of a short video series inspired by Lanjingling’s activities.The filming team had participated in Lanjingling’s 375th weekend event in May, capturing the experiences of young overseas returnees. The series highlights their interactions with visually impaired participants, learning about guiding techniques and accessibility practices, and advocating for more people to engage in accessibility efforts.

beYoureyeS is a local NGO founded in January 2015, in Shanghai, and is dedicated to promoting sports accessibility, making it easier for those who are persons with visual impairments to enjoy sports.
在我们的活动中,无论视障者,还是健视者,都称呼彼此为蓝睛灵,我们的公益组织也叫这个名字。
Whether a runner with visual impairment or unimpaired runner, all of our participants are called "Lanjingling", which is also the name of our NGO.
