In May 2024, Lanjingling expanded its presence to Shanghai’s high school campuses.
This month, Lanjingling conducted three weekend inclusive activities, five corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, and two campus inclusive activities.

5月17日下午，希尔顿京津冀区域酒店ESG活动在北京开展。蓝睛灵公益组织作为支持团队，再次与希尔顿酒店集团合作，为希尔顿京津冀区域酒店的高管团队带来一场特别的体验式工作坊。
活动以视障群体的融合就业为主题，不仅有分享与体验，参与者代表还以无障碍体验官的角色，亲身感受视障者在酒店内多个场景所需要的无障碍支持，引发了参与者的深入思考，如何更好地创建无障碍的环境。
本次活动增加了盲文提示菜单和盲文、读屏、文字合一的欢迎致辞，让每位参与者更加直观地获取到各自所需要的信息。
蓝睛灵与希尔顿酒店集团的合作正在稳步开展，今后将举办更多类似的活动和工作坊，进一步推动残障群体的融合就业，一起创造一个平等、包容、多元化和充满活力的工作场所。
On the afternoon of May 17, Hilton Hotels' ESG event in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was held in Beijing. Lanjingling once again collaborated with the Hilton Hotel Group as a support team, bringing a special experiential workshop to the executive team of Hilton Hotels in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
The event focused on the inclusive employment of visually impaired individuals, featuring both sharing and hands-on experience sessions. Participants also acted as accessibility officers, personally experiencing the accessibility support required by visually impaired individuals in various hotel scenarios. This inspired the participants to reflect upon what they can do to make our world more accessible.
New features were introduced in this event, such as Braille prompt menus and a welcome speech integrating Braille, screen-reading, and text, allowing each participant to directly access the information they needed.
Lanjingling's collaboration with the Hilton Hotel Group is progressing steadily, and more similar events and workshops are planned for the future to further promote inclusive employment for disabled individuals. Together, we are creating a workplace that is equal, inclusive, diverse, and vibrant.

做你的眼睛第375期至第377期周末融合活动于5月12日、19日和26日在古美公园、闵行文化公园和黄浦滨江开展。
原定于5月5日的周末融合活动因下雨取消。
5月19日视障者王笑第一次参加周末融合活动，感觉走一走很舒服。视障者王松涛近阶段在上海工作，每周都积极参加活动，还为大家带来了他心爱的蒙古韵味十足的四胡表演。
The 375th to 377th beYoureyeS weekend inclusive activities were held on May 12th, 19th, and 26th at Gumei Park, Minhang Cultural Park, and the Huangpu Bund.
The weekend inclusive activity originally scheduled for May 5th was canceled due to rain.
On May 19th, participant Xiao Wang,with visual impairments, joined the weekend inclusive activity for the first time. Songtao Wang, who has recently been working in Shanghai, actively participated in the activities each week and performed his beloved Mongolian music on the Sihu for everyone.

1、某高科技企业志愿者活动

5月14日下午，在世纪公园，蓝睛灵与某高科技企业开展了一场以无障碍为主题的志愿者活动。蓝睛灵的无障碍引导师带领参与者们了解了视障礼仪和陪跑方法，向大家传递了无障碍理念。活动中，有参与者也分享了与视障同事一起去旅游的故事，他们各自负责自己的行李，购买喜欢的纪念品，没有照顾和被照顾，有的是一起感受美好生活的相同感受。
On the afternoon of May 14th, Lanjingling and a high-tech company held a volunteer activity themed on accessibility in Century Park. Lanjingling’s accessibility guides shared some tips on interacting with visually impaired people and guide running, conveying the concept of accessibility. Participants also shared stories about traveling with visually impaired colleagues, highlighting how they managed their own luggage, chose souvenirs they liked, and enjoyed the experience together without any sense of dependency or caregiving.

5月15日晚，蓝睛灵与某高科技企业的志愿者一起开展了编织陪跑绳活动，以及体验了打盲文读盲文。一根温暖又柔韧的陪跑绳就可以让视障者走出家门，自由地参与运动，让视障群体也能感受到自身拥有无限探索的可能性。而了解了盲文也让想象有了更具体的感受，理解了盲文在公共环境中为视障者获取信息带来的便利。
On the evening of May 15th, Lanjingling, along with volunteers from a high-tech company, hosted a workshop on creating guide running ropes and experiencing Braille. The flexible and comfortable running ropes enable visually impaired individuals to venture outside and engage in sports, offering them boundless exploration opportunities. Additionally, learning Braille provided a hands-on understanding of how it enhances information accessibility for the visually impaired in public spaces.

5月21日和23日，蓝睛灵为希尔顿亚太区收益管理整合中心的近130位同事带来了两场无障碍意识工作坊。
通过蓝睛灵视障者分享的故事和真实的体验，大家看到了彼此的同与不同，不仅提升了对无障碍概念的理解，也更加关注如何在日常生活和工作中创造一个包容的环境。
On May 21stand 23rd, Lanjingling conducted two accessibility awareness workshops for nearly 130 employees from the Hilton Asia-Pacific Revenue Management Consolidated Center. Through stories and real-life experiences shared by visual impaired members of Lanjingling, participants gained insight into both the commonalities and differences among individuals.

在活动过程中，参与者们开始深入思考什么是障碍，什么是无障碍，以及无障碍与每个人的关系。此次工作坊旨在通过真实的互动和体验，激发参与者们关注无障碍的重要性，共同推动社会的进步与包容。
They developed a deeper understanding of accessibility and learned more about fostering an inclusive environment in both daily life and the workplace. The workshops aimed to raise awareness of the importance of accessibility and encourage collective efforts toward social progress and inclusion.

Lanjingling Entered a Primary School to Conduct a Special Pilot Course, Promoting Diversity and Inclusion
5月29日至30日，蓝睛灵团队走进某知名学校，为小学高年级和低年级的两个班级学生们，分别带来了两场别开生面的特色试点课程。
在互动环节中，同学们有机会第一次近距离接触和了解视障者，这种直接的接触打破了以往可能存在的误解和刻板印象，让同学们意识到每个人都有其独特的价值和尊严。
在独特的运动体验里，同学们体验和了解视障者/残障者的真实需求，我们鼓励同学们从多元包容的角度来看待不同身体特点的人群，鼓励大家尊重和欣赏每个人的差异。
On May 29th and May 30th, the Lanjingling team visited a prestigious school, offering two innovative experimental courses to primary school students across different grade levels. During some interactive sessions, students had the chance to engage directly with visually impaired individuals. Their previous misunderstandings and stereotypes were challenged. They came to appreciate that everyone possesses unique value and inherent dignity. Through distinctive sports activities, students gained insights into the real needs of individuals with visual impairments and otherwise disabilities. Lanjingling encouraged them to view people with diverse physical characteristics through an appreciative lens, fostering respect and appreciation for everyone’s differences.

Inclusive Workplace exploration seminar in Hilton
5月28日，佛山顺德海骏达希尔顿酒店举办了一场名为“同总经理饮茶-探索融合职场”的内部分享活动。此次活动特别邀请做你的眼睛“百日计划”4期学员铭径分享经验。现场的酒店高管团队和有障人士团队在轻松愉快的氛围中交流，共同探讨如何构建一个多样化和包容性的工作环境。
On the 28th of May, an internal seminar was hosted by Hilton Foshan under the name of Tea with the GM - Explore Inclusive Workplace. Mingxing as phase 4 students of "100 - day Engagmenet", was invited as guest speaker to share his opinion and experience. The Hilton leadership team and impared group exchanged ideas during the seminar with an easy and joyful vibe. Many constructive suggestions to contribute on inclusion building were well covered.
