本月蓝睛灵共开展了4期周末融合活动、5场企业社会责任（CSR）活动、3场校园融合活动、1场特别活动，参与了1场赛事。
In April 2024, the Hilton Greater Guangzhou ESG event was successfully launched in Guangzhou. As a supporting organization, Lanjingling brought a unique and immersive workshop experience to the Hilton Greater Guangzhou executive team.
This month, Lanjingling carried out 4 weekend inclusive activities, 5 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, 3 school inclusive activities, 1 special activity, and participated in 1 competition.

4月3日下午，希尔顿大广州区ESG活动在广州开展，蓝睛灵公益组织作为支持团队，为希尔顿大广州区的高管团队带来一场特别的体验式工作坊。
活动的主题围绕着视障群体的融合就业展开，通过分享与体验，引发参与者内心的思考，如何更好地建立无障碍的工作环境。
在场的一位高管表示，“这场活动让我们对视障群体的挑战和需求有了更深入地了解，也让我们意识到创造一个无障碍的工作环境对于企业的重要性。我们将会思考如何在我们的团队中实施更多的合理便利，以促进包容和多样性。”
今后，蓝睛灵将与希尔顿酒店集团一起继续合作，通过举办更多类似的活动和工作坊，进一步推动残障群体的融合就业，努力创造一个包容、多元化和充满活力的工作环境。
On the afternoon of April 3rd, the Hilton Greater Guangzhou ESG event was successfully launched in Guangzhou. As a supporting organization, Lanjingling brought a unique and immersive workshop experience for the executive team of Hilton Greater Guangzhou. The event focused on inclusive employment for visually impaired individuals, encouraging participants to reflect on creating more accessible work environments.
One manager commented, “This event gives us a deeper understanding of the challenges and needs of the visually impaired community. It also highlights the importance of creating an accessible work environment. We will consider how to implement more accommodations to promote inclusiveness and diversity within our team.”
Lanjingling will continue partnering with Hilton to host similar events and workshops, further promoting inclusive employment for people with disabilities and fostering a diverse, vibrant work environment.

做你的眼睛第371期至374期周末融合活动于4月6日、14日、21日和27日在古美公园、黄浦滨江、闵行文化公园和世纪公园开展。
The 371st to 374th beYoureyeS weekend inclusive activities were held on April 6th, 14th, 21st, and 27th at Gumei Park, Huangpu Riverside, Minhang Cultural Park, and Century Park respectively.

4月14日清晨7:15，2024黄浦马拉松•上海企业四分马拉松赛在外滩金牛广场鸣枪开跑。
在黄浦区残联、小东门街道和太保蓝公益的大力支持下，蓝睛灵的五组陪跑小组跑出了起跑线，每组都有来自太保蓝的陪跑志愿者。
尽管赛场上下着细雨，参赛队在彼此的支持和努力下，所有小组都安全地穿越了终点线，无障碍地完成了这场挑战。
At 7:15 AM on April 14th, the 2024 Huangpu Marathon • Shanghai Corporation Quarter Marathon began at the Bund’s Jinniu Square. Supported by the Huangpu Disabled Persons’ Federation, the Small East Gate Residential District, and the CPIC Blue Foundation, Lanjingling’s five teams, each accompanied by volunteers from CPIC Blue, ran across the starting line. Despite the drizzle, all teams finished the race successively.

4月22日下午，在上海的标志性地段黄浦滨江，蓝睛灵与上海区凯悦酒店的志愿者开展体验式公益活动。
来自11家酒店的志愿者在蓝睛灵无障碍引导师的带领下，关闭视觉感受江风，聆听汽笛声，模拟不同场景，了解视障群体的生活和运动状态，同时掌握引导视障者的方法。
On the afternoon of April 22nd, at Huangpu Riverside, Lanjingling and Hyatt Regency Shanghai volunteers carried out an experience-based CSR event. Guided by Lanjingling accessibility mentors, volunteers from 11 different hotels temporarily closed their visual perception to fully experience the environment and learn about the lives of visually impaired people, as well as methods to guide them.

4月26日上午，蓝睛灵来到上海恒隆广场，参与由恒隆地产与LVMH集团主办的主题为“以包容性增长赋能”圆桌论坛。 本次活动是恒隆地产和LVMH集团第二届地产及气候论坛系列活动之一。Lili Time 创始人章莉莉、蓝睛灵视障工作人员晓斌和残障融合实验室的联合创始人任仁从不同角度分享了各自的故事和见解。 晓斌结合蓝睛灵与企业一起探索视障者实现融合就业的经验进行分享，并且呼吁企业能以多种形式让残障者走进企业，一起来探索残障群体融合就业的新可能。
In the morning of April 26th, at Shanghai Hang Lung Square, Lanjingling participated in a roundtable seminar organized by Hang Lung Properties and LVMH. Founder of Lili Time Lili Zhang, Lanjingling visually impaired member Xiaobin, and Diversability Lab founder Sally Ren each shared their unique perspectives. Xiaobin discussed collaborative efforts in exploring inclusive employment and advocated for more diverse opportunities for visually impaired individuals.

4月27日上午，在蓝睛灵公益实践基地（古美公园指向轻艇会），蓝睛灵为来自恒隆地产与LVMH集团的伙伴们带来一场体验式公益活动。
在本次活动中，蓝睛灵的无障碍引导师们通过互动分享，以及邀请参与者进行场景体验等方式，让参与者们了解视力障碍者的生活状态，同时，在互动体验中感受到互相支持与信任的力量，引发所有人对无障碍社会的思考。
In the morning of April 27th, at Lanjingling Public Welfare Practice Base (Direction kayak, Gumei Park), Lanjingling hosted a CSR event for volunteers from Hang Lung Properties and LVMH. Through interactive scenarios and sharing sessions, participants gained insights into the lives of visually impaired individuals and the importance of trust and support in building an accessible society.

4月30日上午，蓝睛灵作为受邀嘉宾之一，参与由lululemon举办的主题为“The Practices of Wellbeing”的线上分享活动。
蓝睛灵联合创始人纪元、工作人员兼视障伙伴松松从各自角度分别做出了分享，包含对幸福的见解，蓝睛灵倡导无障碍做出的努力及面临的挑战，和在与lululemon多年的合作中，lululemon为我们的社区和视障小伙伴所带来积极而深远的影响。

On the morning of April 30th, Lanjingling joined lululemon’s online sharing event on the theme “The Practices of Wellbeing.”
Lanjingling’s Co-founder Ji Yuan and visually impaired member Song Song shared their insights on happiness, accessibility challenges, and the positive impact of lululemon’s partnership with Lanjingling. The event highlighted the importance of treating everyone with kindness and advocating for accessibility.

4月6日，开展第371期周末融合活动的同时，在蓝睛灵公益实践基地（古美公园指向轻艇会），来自七宝中学附属闵行金都实验中学2022级3班的20多位同学参加了学生专场融合活动，了解视障者的生活和无障碍运动。活动后，同学们的分享中关于关注到了视障者在现实中遇到的问题。
On April 6th, at the Lanjingling Public Welfare Practice Base (Direction kayak, Gumei Park), students from Jindu Experimental Middle School participated in a school inclusive activity. They learned about accessible sports and the lives of visually impaired people. After the activity, students reflected on the practical challenges faced by visually impaired individuals.

4月10日上午，蓝睛灵们来到上海市世外小学，为5年级的学生带来了一场生动的校园融合活动。活动中，同学们通过观看情景剧、参与互动体验，积极地互动交流，了解视障人士的生活现状以及科技所带来的积极影响。
In the morning of April 10th, Lanjingling conducted an inclusive activity for 5th-grade students at Shanghai World Foreign Language Primary School. Students engaged in situation acting and interactive experiences to understand the lives of visually impaired people and the impact of technology on accessibility.

4月10日下午，蓝睛灵再次来到耀中国际学校开展无障碍分享会。蓝睛灵的视障小伙伴们分享了自己的故事，这些真实经历引发同学们的思考，唤起大家对无障碍问题的思考和关注。通过视障礼仪部分的分享，同学们学到了一些简单而有用的引导方法。
蓝睛灵的校园融合活动不仅促进了学生们对无障碍问题的认识和关注，也培养了大家的同理心和社会责任感。无论是视障者，还是健视者，我们都生活在同样的世界里。世界是多元的，需要我们以平等的理念，共同创建真正包容、美好的社会。
In the afternoon of April 10th, Lanjingling returned to Yew Chung International School of Hong Kong for an accessibility awareness conference. Visually impaired Lanjingling members shared their stories, inspiring students to consider accessibility challenges. The event aimed to foster empathy and social responsibility among students.
Lanjingling’s school inclusive activities not only help students recognize and address accessibility challenges, but also foster empathy and social responsibility. Whether we are visually impaired or not, we all live under the same sky. The world is diverse, and we must embrace this diversity to create a truly inclusive and wonderful society.

4月20日，一个温暖周六，多位蓝睛灵来到蓝睛灵之家，再次给9周岁纪念本打上盲文。

beYoureyeS is a local NGO founded in January 2015, in Shanghai, and is dedicated to promoting sports accessibility, making it easier for those who are persons with visual impairments to enjoy sports.
在我们的活动中，无论视障者，还是健视者，都称呼彼此为蓝睛灵，我们的公益组织也叫这个名字。
Whether a runner with visual impairment or unimpaired runner, all of our participants are called "Lanjingling", which is also the name of our NGO.
