In March 2024, Lanjingling went to Shanghai United International School’s Wanyuan Campus to host a variety of inclusive activities including sports, arts, technology, handicrafts, games, drama performances, and innovative experiential workshops.
This month, Lanjingling carried out 5 weekend inclusive activities, 3 corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, 5 "100-Day Engagement" related courses, 4 sessions of one-on-one tutoring, 10 school based activities, and 3 special events.

Lanjingling at Shanghai United International School Wanyuan Campus

3月，在万源协和双语学校，蓝睛灵举办了一系列多样化的活动，包括体育、艺术、科技、手工、游戏、情景剧表演、体验式工作坊等。艺术家刘毅老师也带来了一堂“触觉触发与想象”的特别体验课程。
在视障工作人员的引导下，从小学到高中多个年龄段的同学们逐渐了解了视障者的学习、工作与生活，通过大家真实而真诚的分享，在有趣多样的互动体验中，同学们慢慢了解到，我们想要无障碍是什么，我们所说的平等又是什么，而同时，同学们也开启另一个视角，去思考及探索每个人都能生活在一个无障碍社会的可能性。
未来，蓝睛灵公益组织将与万源协和双语学校合作，开展持续多样的融合活动，共同倡导相互尊重，彼此理解和接受，共同创造一个所有人都能够感受到被温柔对待、包容、平等的无障碍世界。
In March, Lanjingling held a series of school based activities at SUIS Wanyuan, including sports, arts, technology, handicrafts, games, drama performances, and experiential workshops. Artist Liu Yi also brought a special experience course titled "Tactile Trigger and Imagination."
Under the guidance of visually impaired staff members, students ranging from primary to high school learned about the learning, working, and living conditions of visually impaired individuals. Through genuine sharing, students understood what we mean by accessibility and equality. At the same time, they opened another perspective to think about and explore the possibility of everyone living in an accessible society.
In the future, the Lanjingling public welfare organization will cooperate with Wanyuan Campus to carry out continuous and diverse school based activities, advocating for mutual respect, understanding, and acceptance, and together creating an accessible world where everyone can feel treated gently, inclusively, and equally.

做你的眼睛第366期至第370期周末融合活动于3月3日、10日、17日、24日和31日在世纪公园、闵行文化公园、古美公园和黄浦滨江开展。
3月31日开展的第370期周末融合活动中，来自太保蓝的多位志愿者来到了世纪公园参加新人培训。他们将加入4月14日的上海企业四分马拉松赛的陪跑小组，与蓝睛灵的视障跑者和大白陪跑员们一起参赛，共同倡导运动无障碍。
The 366th to 370th beYoureyeS weekend inclusive activities were held on March 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st in Century Park, Minhang Cultural Park, Gumei Park, and Huangpu Riverfront.
On the 370th weekend inclusive activity held on March 31st, many volunteers from Taibao Blue came to Century Park to participate in the newcomer training. They will join the guide running group for the Shanghai Corporate Four-Minute Marathon on April 14th, advocating for sports accessibility together with visually impaired runners and Dabai guide runners.

3月1日下午，在世纪公园，蓝睛灵与某高科技企业的志愿者一起开展了一场以无障碍为主题的公益活动。参与者们通过游戏和体验，了解视障群体，了解无障碍理念给视障者及所有人带来的便利。
On the afternoon of March 1st, in Century Park, Lanjingling and volunteers from a high-tech company carried out a public welfare activity with the theme of accessibility. Participants engaged in numerous games and activities to learn about the visually impaired community and the impact that infrastructures built with accessibility have on the visually impaired community.

2、上海茉莉花剧场无障碍培训 & 无障碍欣赏艺术活动

3月20日上午，蓝睛灵来到拥有百年历史的上海茉莉花剧场，为剧场近10位工作人员带来体验式无障碍意识培训。茉莉花剧场将在3月23日为视障者欣赏沉浸实验戏剧《火蚁日记》提供无障碍引导。
On the morning of March 20th, Lanjingling went to the Shanghai Jasmine Flower Theater to give an experiential accessibility awareness training to nearly 10 staff members. Jasmine Flower Theater will provide accessible guidance for the visually impaired to enjoy the immersive experimental drama "Fire Ant Diary" on March 23rd.

3月23日晚7时30分，50余名蓝睛灵受邀前往茉莉花剧场，用听觉感受戏剧的魅力，欣赏感官沉浸实验剧场《火蚁日记》，进入一场感官和思想的双重盛宴。
茉莉花剧场的礼宾工作人员因接受过蓝睛灵的无障碍意识培训，为参加活动的视障者带来了卓越又贴心的无障碍参与体验。
At 7:30 pm on March 23rd, more than 50 Lanjingling members were invited to the Jasmine Flower Theater to experience drama through sound in the sensory immersive experimental theater "Fire Ant Diary". It was a feast of senses and thoughts.
The staff members at the Jasmine Flower Theater, who have received Lanjingling's accessible awareness training prior to the event, brought an excellent accessible experience to the visually impaired participants.

3、蓝睛灵与南加州大学上海校友会联合开展融合活动

3月23日上午，在蓝睛灵公益实践基地（古美公园指向轻艇会），蓝睛灵与美国南加州大学上海校友会携手，为其近50位校友及家人带来了一场融合活动。
蓝睛灵的视障者向大家分享了各自的故事，在活动中，参与者们了解了引导视障者的礼仪，在亲子互动中增进了交流。
On the morning of March 23rd, at the Lanjingling public welfare practice base (Direction Kayak Assn, Gumei Park), Lanjingling and the University of Southern California Shanghai Alumni Association jointly carried out an inclusive event to nearly 50 USC alumni and their families.
Visually impaired members of Lanjingling shared their stories, and participants learned the etiquette of guiding visually impaired people.

1、“百日计划”4期导师专业主题课持续开展

3月6日，来自lululemon的李琦老师为大家带来了主题为“工作与生活的平衡”的导师专业主题课。
导师专业辅导课后，蓝睛灵继续组织开展两期一对一辅导，由来自多家知名企业的志愿者导师们为学员提供针对性的辅导，引导大家更好地规划各自的职业方向。
On March 6th, Ma’am Li Qi from Lululemon brought a mentor professional theme course titled "Work-Life Balance."
After the mentor professional coaching, Lanjingling continued to organize two sessions of one-on-one coaching, with volunteer mentors from many well-known companies providing targeted coaching to guide everyone to better plan their career directions.
2、“百日计划”4期结营仪式
2. "100 Day Engagement" Phase 4 Closing Ceremony
3月12日晚8:00，由蓝睛灵导师指导，学员自行策划的百日计划4期结营仪式在线上圆满举行。
妮子老师复盘了学员们的总结，学员代表、导师代表和蓝睛灵工作人员代表分别发言。导师代表分享了授课与一对一辅导的感受，同时为学员们送上了最真挚的祝福。学员代表作为颁奖嘉宾为参与“百日计划”4期各项辅导的志愿者导师们颁发了奖项。
结尾的彩蛋里，大家在VCR视频与学员温暖的歌声中回顾了线下成长营的一幕幕画面，以下是当晚结营仪式颁奖典礼部分的视频记录，欢迎大家观看！
On the evening of March 12th at 8:00, the closing ceremony of the "100 Day Engagement" Phase 4, planned by the mentors and students of Lanjingling, was successfully held online.
Nizzi reviewed the students' summaries, and representatives of students, mentors, and Lanjingling staff members expressed their takeaways respectively.
The mentor representative shared the feelings of teaching and one-on-one coaching, sending the most sincere blessings to the students. The student representative awarded the volunteer mentors who participated in the "100 Day Engagement" Phase 4 coaching.
At the closing ceremony, students and mentors reminisced the in-person growth camp experience through a VCR video and the warm singing of the students. The following is a video record of the award ceremony that night.

3月10日晚上，“百日计划”四期学员黄波以融合就业经验为主题，在腾讯会议室开展了线上分享。通过分享、引导讨论、嘉宾交流，呈现了视障者在融入职场方面遇到的问题，参会者们也从各自角度分享了融合就业的经验。
"100 Day Engagement" Students Organize Talk About Inclusive Employment
On the evening of March 10th, Huang Bo, a student of the "100 Day Engagement" Phase 4, carried out an online sharing session on the theme of inclusive employment in Tencent Meeting.
Through sharing, guided discussion, and guest exchanges, the difficulties faced by the visually impaired community in workplace environments were presented, and the participants shared their experiences of inclusive employment from their own perspectives.

3月17日中午，由小金和松松组织策划，第1期视障“狼人杀”线下主题活动在蓝睛灵公益实践基地（古美公园指向轻艇会）顺利开展。这也是蓝睛灵在无障碍活动形式上新的探索与尝试。活动中，视障伙伴和健视伙伴一起，在“法官”的引导下，了解与熟悉游戏规则，在游戏中收获了别样的快乐。
At the noon on March 17th, the first in-person activity of the inclusive "Werewolves" game were organized and carried out by Jin and Song at the Lanjingling Public Welfare Practice Base (Direction Kayak Assn, Gumei Park). This is also a new exploration and attempt by Lanjingling in the forms of accessible activities.
In the activity, visually impaired partners and sighted partners, under the guidance of the "judge", learned and played the game. They enjoyed the game thoroughly.

3月22日下午，受上海长三角商创科技基金会邀请，蓝睛灵有幸参加协同共创•赋能增长2024科技公益社会创新论坛。本次论坛，来自企政府、高校、企业、公益机构的代表进行主题演讲和圆桌讨论。
In the afternoon of March 22nd, Lanjingling was invited by the Shanghai Yangtze River Delta Business Innovation Technology Foundation to participate in the 2024 Technology Public Welfare Social Innovation Forum. At this forum, representatives from the government, from different colleges and universities, from enterprises, and from public welfare organizations gave keynote speeches and discussions.

At the meeting, Ken Lu, cofounder of beYoureyeS, shared about the "100 Day Engagement" project and the empowerment of the visually impaired community. 1、阿健的“百日目标”「可持续咖啡」工作坊

3月16日下午，在广州禾希有物可持续空间举行的「可持续咖啡」工作坊圆满结束，共有4位视障伙伴和4位健视伙伴参与活动。
这次工作坊是“百日计划”四期的学员招宏健的百日目标之一，他发起并组织了这场以可持续咖啡为主题的融合活动。
On the afternoon of March 16th, the 'Sustainable Coffee' workshop at Guangzhou Hexi Youwu Sustainable Space was successfully carried out. 4 visually impaired members and 4 sighted members from Lanjingling participated in the activity.
This workshop is one of the Challenge 100 target of the Phase 4 student Zhao Hongjian, who initiated and organized this inclusive activity with the theme of sustainability.

beYoureyeS is a local NGO founded in January 2015, in Shanghai, and is dedicated to promoting sports accessibility, making it easier for those who are persons with visual impairments to enjoy sports.
在我们的活动中，无论视障者，还是健视者，都称呼彼此为蓝睛灵，我们的公益组织也叫这个名字。
Whether a runner with visual impairment or unimpaired runner, all of our participants are called "Lanjingling", which is also the name of our NGO.
