The Growth Camp of the Fourth beYoureyeS Workplace Empowerment Program “100-Day Engagement” Career Development for Persons with Visual Impairments successfully ended, and the Implementation Stage started in December 2023.
This month, Lanjingling carried out 5 regular weekend inclusive activities, 5 corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, one “Fitness 100” accessible fitness activity, 4 online theme courses, and 4 tutoring one-to-one sessions. We also joined a campus inclusive activity, 2 theme sharing sessions, and a Disney accessible park experience.

The Growth Camp of the Fourth beYoureyeS Workplace Empowerment Program “100-Day Engagement” Career Development for Persons with Visual Impairments successfully ended, and the Implementation Stage started
2023年11月26日至12月2日，蓝睛灵在上海开启第4期做你的眼睛·视障者职场赋能“百日计划”项目。“百日计划”一共百天，分为成长营和执行期两个阶段。
志在融合就业的14位视障年轻人来沪参加成长营，学员们进行职业能力探索，体验多种无障碍运动，参与定向行走及职场能力课程。
学员们实地探访雅高集团、Google、Apple、希尔顿康莱德酒店和希尔顿总部，在lululemon大使的带领下体验无障碍瑜伽，参与上海迪士尼度假区举办的“国际残疾人日——包容职业培训，成就职业发展”专题活动、参与迪士尼无障碍游园活动。
在成长营结营暨百日计划播种仪式上，学员们运用学习到的目标设立、拆解、行动方法，认真思考，庄重宣读自己的百日目标，每位学员的目标都融入了对自己能力的评估，以及对未来成长的渴望。
成长营结束后，学员们回到居住地，根据各自制定的百日目标，执行百日计划。在此期间，参与来自世界五百强导师的线上主题课，获得一对一职业发展辅导支持。
Lanjingling launched the Fourth beYoureyeS Workplace Empowerment Program “100-Day Engagement” Career Development for Persons with Visual Impairments from November 26th to December 2nd in Shanghai. The program lasts 100 days and involves 2 stages, the Growth Camp and the Implementation Stage.
Seeking inclusive employment, 14 visually impaired participants came to shanghai to join the Growth Camp. They explored vocational abilities, experienced various accessible sports, and participated in orientation and workplace skills courses.
The participants visited Accor group, Google, Apple, Hilton Conrad hotel and Hilton headquarters. They experienced accessible yoga under the guidance of representatives from lululemon. They also took part in a special event held by Shanghai Disney Resort, “International Disability Day - inclusive vocational training and promoting career development", and took an accessible tour of Disney.
At the closing ceremony of the Growth Camp of the “100-Day Engagement” Program, the participants made use of skills they had learned, including how to set goals, break them down, and carry out the plans. They seriously thought about and solemnly read out their 100-day goals. Every participant integrated their self-evaluations into their goals and expressed a longing for future growth.
After the camp, they returned to their place of residence to implement their 100 days plan according to the goals they formulate. During this period, they participated in online theme courses given by the tutors from Global 500 companies and received one-to-one career development counseling support.

做你的眼睛第356期至第360期周末融合活动于12月3日、10日、17日、24日、31日在世纪公园、黄浦滨江、闵行文化公园和古美公园开展。
6位“百日计划”3期和4期的学员参与了第356期周末融合活动，体验了无障碍运动。第360期周末融合活动在运动无障碍的起点——世纪公园开展，2023年的最后一天，蓝睛灵们在梦想开始的地方，一起运动和欢笑，辞旧迎新展望2024年，这一天活动中，15岁的潘思齐同学成功通过大白陪跑员的考核，成为蓝睛灵目前最年轻的大白陪跑员。
The beYoureyeS 356th to 360th weekend inclusive activities were held in Century Park, Huangpu Riverside, Minhang Cultural Park and Gumei Park on December 3rd, 10th, 17th,24th and 31st.
6 participants of the Third and Fourth “100-Day Engagement” Program joined the 356th activity and experienced accessible sports. The 360th activity was held in Century Park, where the very first weekend inclusive activity took place. On the last day of 2023, Lanjinglings exercised together and had a good time at the place where the dream began. We rang out the old and rang in the new with high hopes for 2024. At this event, 15-year-old Siqi Pan successfully passed the test of Dabai guide runners, becoming the youngest Lanjingling Dabai guide runner so far.

12月15日下午，蓝睛灵在上海八十八亩田民宿为50多位CK 的员工带来了一场企业线下分享活动。在活动现场，蓝睛灵小伙伴们分别从不同的角度向大家分享了视障者的生活以及无障碍的相关理念。通过本次活动，参与者们纷纷表示愿意成为无障碍的倡导者，让未来的生活变得更加无障碍。
On the afternoon of December 15th, Lanjingling held an offline sharing activity for more than 50 Calvin Klein employees in Shanghai 88 Mu Tian B&B. At the site of the event, we shared the life experiences of the persons with visual impairment and the concepts of accessibility from different perspectives. Through this activity, participants expressed their willingness to become advocates of accessible life and make future life more accessible.

3、思拓凡企业社会责任活动

12月17日，蓝睛灵团队为思拓凡的志愿者们带来了企业社会责任体验式公益活动。
活动中，企业志愿者在无障碍引导师的带领下，进行了体验、分享、提问的互动等环节，在亲身感受中走进了视障群体，了解了引导视障者的方法和陪跑的要领。
On December 17th, Langjingling team brought a corporate social responsibility experiential public welfare activity for the volunteers of Cytiva. At the event, under the guidance of accessibility guides, the enterprise volunteers experienced, shared and asked questions, learning about how to guide visually impaired people.

蓝睛灵在12月21日中午，为富国基金的员工志愿者们带来了一场企业社会责任活动。
蓝睛灵的视障无障碍引导师们向大家分享了各自的故事，以及引导视障者的方法和沟通时需要注意的理念。
At the noon on December 21st, Lanjingling carried out a corporate social responsibility activity with the staff volunteers of the Fullgoal Fund. The accessibility guides of Lanjingling shared their stories as well as the methods of guiding the visually impaired and things to keep in mind while communicating with persons with visual impairment.

12月22日下午，在蓝睛灵古美公益实践基地，蓝睛灵为泰格豪雅带来了一场企业社会责任活动。参与者们在蓝睛灵无障碍引导师的带领下，开心且投入地体验了游戏、分享和无障碍运动。企业员工们了解了视障群体，也感受到了无障碍可以让包括视障者在内的所有人都生活得更便利。
On the afternoon of December 22nd, at the Lanjingling Gumei Public Welfare Practice Base, we carried out a corporate social responsibility activity with Tag Heuer. Under the guidance of Lanjingling accessibility guides, employees experienced games, sharing and accessible sports. They understood the visually impaired people and felt that accessibility can make life easier for all people, including the visually impaired.

12月26日下午，在世纪公园，蓝睛灵为某高科技企业的员工志愿者们带来了企业CSR无障碍意识工作坊。
参与者们通过一系列游戏，在引导师的引导下，了解如何与视障者沟通，领会无障碍理念。
On the afternoon of December 26th, Lanjingling brought an enterprise CSR accessibility awareness workshop for the staff volunteers of a high-tech enterprise.
Through a series of games and under the guidance of the trainers, participants understood how to communicate with the visually impaired and learned about the concept of accessibility.

12月15日，蓝睛灵的向东和松松受邀来到万源协和双语学校，参与学校举办的万源协和第二届高中生“职业探索日”模拟招聘活动。期间向东为同学们做了分享，并与松松一起在后续环节与同学们展开互动。本次职业探索日是一次非常成功的播种，蓝睛灵也从多元、包容、平等的角度为同学们带去了更多的思考与启发。
On December 15th, Xiangdong and Songsong were invited to Wanyuan Shanghai United International School to participate in the second "Career Exploration Day" for high school students held by the school. During this period, Xiangdong shared for the students and cooperated with Songsong in the subsequent parts of the activity, interacting with the students. This career exploration day is a very successful. Lanjingling sowed the seeds of diversity, inclusiveness and equity, and inspired students to think about these topics.

第4期“百日计划”线下成长营的最后两天课程于12月1日和2日顺利开展。
14位学员们在结营仪式上宣读了自己的百日目标，在今后的百日里将参与线上主题课和导师一对一辅导，向着各自的百日目标前进。
12月6日、14日和21日，在腾讯会议APP上，由Angela老师、“百日计划”1期的学员黄露莹老师和Lynn老师分别为学员们带来了与职场相关的专业课程，12月28日，“百日计划”的主讲老师妮子老师带领学员们进行了第1次阶段复盘。
每期导师专业辅导课后，还有来自多家知名企业的志愿者导师根据上课的主题为学员们带来一对一辅导课程。
学员们认真学习，积极思考，不断成长，脚踏实地地向着自己的百日目标前进。
感谢支持“百日计划”的企业和志愿者导师们。
The last 2 days’ offline courses of the Growth Camp were smoothly carried out on December 1st and 2nd. 14 participants read out their 100-day goals at the closing ceremony. In the next 100 days, they will participate in online theme courses and one-to-one coaching. On December 6th,14th and 21st, on the Tencent Meeting APP, workplace-related courses were brought respectively by teacher Angela, Luying Huang, who is a participant of the First “100-Day Engagement” Program, and teacher Lynn. On December 28th, teacher Nizi, the main lecturer of the "100-Day Engagement” Program, led the trainees to review the first stage. After each workplace-related learning session, there are also volunteer mentors from many well-known enterprises bringing one-to-one coaching to the students according to the theme of the courses.
The participants studied hard, thought actively, grew constantly, and moved on step by step towards their 100-day goals.

12月23日星期六上午10点，蓝睛灵的4位老少伙伴在CORE'S 2.0的心核时代，顺利开展了CORE’S搬迁新店的第一次活动，这也是蓝睛灵健身活动的第68期。
季节在变，坚持不变；温度在变，热爱不变，天冷了，我们健身依然坚持着，不要让寒冷阻挡了我们前进的步伐。
On Saturday, December 23rd, at 10 am, four partners of Lanjingling successfully carried out the first activity at CORE' S 2.0, which is the first activity after CORE'S relocation to the new store and also the 68th activity of the beYoureyeS fitness activity.
Season are changing, but persistence is constant; the temperature is changing, but passion remains the same. Although the weather is now colder, we still persist in fitness. Let’s not make the coldness stop our progress.

12月3日，蓝睛灵来到外滩，参加TedxShanghai Adventure “无障碍&包容的城市”主题活动。这场活动由黄浦区残疾人联合会与多家企业和机构一起携手举办。纪元在现场做主题分享《我们为什么倡导无障碍》，蓝睛灵从组织跑步活动，到成为一家倡导无障碍和支持视障者融合就业的专业的公益组织。在结尾，纪元提到 “与其说我们在教视障者如何适应城市与社会，不如说我们正在教城市与社会如何更好地适应每一个居民。” “最终，我们期望的那个景象是，每个人，无论身体状态和心理状态如何，都能在这个城市中找到自己的归属感，都能被这个世界善待。”
On December 3rd, Lanjingling came to the Bund to participate in the TedxShanghai Adventure "Barrier-free and Inclusive city" theme activity. The event was jointly organized by the Huangpu District Disabled Federation together with several enterprises and organizations. Jiyuan made a presentation on the theme of "Why we advocate accessibility" Lanjingling went from organizing running activities to becoming a professional public welfare organization that advocates accessibility and supports the inclusive employment of visually impaired individuals. At the end, Jiyuan mentioned that “We are not so much teaching the visually impaired how to adapt to the city and society. Rather, we are teaching the city and society how to better adapt to every resident.” “In the end, what we expect is that everyone, regardless of their physical and psychological state, can find a sense of belonging in the city and be treated kindly by the world.”

12月5日，纪元在希尔顿“包容、多元”职场对话做分享，从公益组织角度，分享通过无障碍的视角，有障人士从事各项工作的可能性，以及公益组织可以起到的桥梁作用。
On December 5, Jiyuan shared in Hilton’s "inclusive and diverse" workplace dialogue. From the perspective of public welfare organizations, she shared the possibility of impaired people engaging in various occupations and how public welfare organizations can play the role of a bridge through the perspective of accessibility.
3、上海迪士尼度假区无障碍游园体验参与疯狂动物城试运营体验

12月13日，30位蓝睛灵受邀参与上海迪士尼度假区无障碍游园体验活动。一大早蓝睛灵伙伴们兴致勃勃地集合，满怀期待地准备入园。蓝睛灵作为上海迪士尼度假区的公益合作伙伴，不仅受邀参与无障碍游园体验，还作为度假区最新的园区疯狂动物城试运营体验的参与者，感受了全新景点“疯狂动物城：热力追踪”。
蓝睛灵的视障体验者也给与了无障碍方面的反馈，上海迪士尼度假区的无障碍设施以及残障人士通行卡服务给参与的蓝睛灵们带来了无障碍的便利和非常棒的游园体验。
感谢上海迪士尼度假区邀请蓝睛灵的视障者和志愿者参与本次无障碍游园体验活动。
On December 13th, 30 Lanjinglings were invited to Shanghai Disney Resort to participate in an accessible park experience. Early in the morning, Lanjingling fellows met outside the park, eagerly preparing to enter. As a public welfare partner of Shanghai Disney Resort, Lanjingling was not only invited to the accessible part experience, but also tried out the brand-new Zootopia section of the resort, experiencing the new attraction “Zootopia: Hot Pursuit”.
The visually impaired Lanjingling participants also gave feedback on accessibility. The accessible facilities of the resort and the access card service for the disabled brought Lanjinglings convenience and a great park experience.
Thanks to Shanghai Disney Resort for inviting visually impaired persons and volunteers from Lanjingling to take part in this accessible park experience!
