In October 2023, the “Rope 100” dual-city relay was successfully completed. The Lanjingling Annual Commendation Ceremony and the unveiling ceremony of the Gumei Public Welfare Practice Base were held. During this month, Lanjingling organized a total of 3 weekend inclusive activities, 3 corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, 1 sports event, and 1 special event. The fourth phase of the "100 Days Engagement" registration was initiated, involving participation in 1 corporate event and 4 sports events.

2023「绳上100」百公里接力挑战赛首次双城接力，上海站10月1日开启，10月15日（国际盲人日）上海站闭幕，同日苏州站开启，10月29日苏州站闭幕，总里程4594.33公里。「绳上100」是蓝睛灵于2019年发起的公益赛事，于每年10月举办，这项活动旨在倡导残障平等、多元融合、实践赋能。参赛者以团队形式挑战接力完成100公里征程，实现个人挑战和公益参与双重价值。
In 2023, the "Rope 100" 100-kilometer relay challenge held its first dual-city relay, starting in Shanghai on October 1st and concluding on October 15th (International Day of the Blind) in Shanghai. On the same day, the event commenced in Suzhou and closed on October 29th, covering a total distance of 4594.33 kilometers. "Rope 100" is a charity event initiated by Lanjingling in 2019, held annually in October. The activity aims to advocate for disability equality, diversity and inclusion, and practical empowerment.

10月15日，蓝睛灵年度表彰会现场，蓝睛灵古美公益实践基地的揭牌仪式正式开启。
这个时刻象征着视障伙伴们将在这个多元工作探索的平台上获得更多机会，实现更深层次的社会融合和自主生活；在这个多元、包容、无障碍的活动空间里，公众也将积极参与公益活动，大家共同助力无障碍社会的蓬勃发展。在温馨的氛围中，大家总结过去，展望未来，并表彰了卓越的志愿者。
Participants challenge themselves in a team format to complete a 100-kilometer relay, realizing both personal achievement and dual-value participation in charity. On October 15th, at the Lanjingling Annual Commendation Ceremony, the unveiling ceremony of the Lanjingling Gumei Public Welfare Practice Base officially commenced.
This moment symbolizes that visually impaired partners will gain more opportunities on this platform of diverse work exploration, achieving deeper social integration and independent living. In this diverse, inclusive, and accessible activity space, the public will actively participate in charity activities, collectively contributing to the flourishing development of an inclusive society. In a warm atmosphere, everyone reflected on the past, looked forward to the future, and recognized outstanding volunteers.

做你的眼睛第349期至第351期周末融合活动于10月1日、22日和29日在世纪公园、黄浦滨江和闵行文化公园开展。10月8日因国庆长假调休， 10月15日开展绳上100及年度表彰会，未安排常规活动。
The 349th to 351st weekend inclusive activities were carried out on October 1st, 22nd, and 29th at Century Park, Huangpu Riverside, and Minhang Cultural Park. The activities scheduled on October 8th were cancelled due to the National Day holiday. On October 15th, the "Rope 100" event and the annual commendation conference took place.

2023年做你的眼睛「绳上100」百公里接力挑战赛上海站的赛事于10月1日至10月15日期间线上线下联合开展，于10月15日在古美公园闭幕，总里程1851公里。
闭幕式期间，各参赛小组的代表们齐聚古美公园，有来自苏州的蓝睛灵队伍，也有各个企业队伍。
当日，绳上100旗帜移交“做你的眼睛-苏州”，「绳上100」苏州站开启，10月29日闭幕，总里程2743.33公里。上海蓝睛灵们亦组队参赛， 沪苏两地接力开展本届公益赛事，一起用运动传递无障碍的理念。
The events of the 2023 beYoureyeS “Rope 100” 100-Kilometer Relay Challenge in Shanghai took place both online and offline from October 1st to October 15th. The challenge concluded on October 15th at Gumei Park, covering a total distance of 1851 kilometers.
During the closing ceremony, representatives from various participating teams gathered at Gumei Park, including the Lanjingling team from Suzhou and teams from different corporate entities.
On the same day, the Rope 100 flag was handed over to beYoureyeS – Suzhou, marking the commencement of the Rope 100 Suzhou station, which concluded on October 29th, covering a total distance of 2743.33 kilometers. Teams from both Shanghai and Suzhou, under the banner of Lanjingling, participated in the relay, conveying the idea of inclusivity through sports in this charity event.

10月22日早上，蓝睛灵来到浦东，参加2023东方明珠杯第十一届划船器公开赛。6位蓝睛灵的视障伙伴和9位自闭症孩子组成了特别的一组，融入在赛事环节之中，同其它现场选手一样，共同体验此项运动。
On the morning of October 22nd, Lanjingling participated in the 11th Oriental Pearl Cup Rowing Open in Pudong. Six visually impaired partners from Lanjingling and nine children with autism formed a special team, integrating into the event alongside other participants, experiencing the sport together.

10月22日，蓝睛灵有三组小伙伴有幸参与了今年回归的上海10公里精英赛，并顺利完赛。
On October 22nd, three groups of Lanjingling partners had the privilege of participating in this year’s return of the Shanghai 10K Elite Race and successfully completed the race.

10月29日蓝睛灵们来到尚湖赛道，重温常熟半马。这次半马是虞滔疫情后恢复的第一个半马，时光交替中，再跑尚湖，更多了一份亲切。赛道上偶遇苏州蓝睛灵，彼此打个招呼——“蓝睛灵加油！”，带着盈盈笑脸，相逢在终点。
On October 29th, Lanjingling visited the Shanghu track in Changshu to revisit the half marathon. This half marathon was the first one to resume after the Yutao epidemic. In the changing times, running again at Shanghu added a touch of familiarity. On the track, they encountered Suzhou Lanjingling and exchanged greetings – "Lanjingling, go for it!" With bright smiles, they met at the finish line.

10月9日中午，蓝睛灵团队来到希尔顿集团大中华区及蒙古总部办公室，作为其作为本次“旅行有心益”Travel With Purpose Week活动周的受邀嘉宾之一，为希尔顿的团队成员带来了无障碍主题分享。通过三个主题：“我们为什么倡导无障碍”、“幸福是什么”及“做无障碍的倡导者”，向大家传递无障碍理念。
在此次“旅行有心益”活动周之际，希尔顿全球基金会作为希尔顿集团的主要国际慈善机构宣布，将为13个致力于支持职业发展、社区韧性及环境可持续性发展的机构提供资助和支持。“蓝睛灵”有幸成为希尔顿全球基金会支持机构中的一员，为希尔顿集团在上海、北京和深圳等地的酒店开发培训项目，为视障人士提供所需的支持，协助企业构建多元包容的职场环境。
On the afternoon of October 9th, the Lanjingling team visited the Hilton Greater China and Mongolia headquarters office. As one of the invited guests for the "Travel With Purpose Week" event, they delivered an accessibility-themed presentation to the Hilton team members. Under the three themes of "Why We Advocate for Accessibility," "What Happiness Is," and "Being Advocates for Accessibility," they conveyed the principles of accessibility to the audience.
During the "Travel With Purpose Week" event, the Hilton Global Foundation, as the main international charity organization of the Hilton Group, announced its support for 13 organizations dedicated to promoting career development, community resilience, and environmental sustainability. Lanjingling had the privilege to become one of the supported organizations by the Hilton Global Foundation. The support aims to assist Hilton Group's hotel development and training programs in cities like Shanghai, Beijing, and Shenzhen, providing the necessary support for visually impaired individuals and helping the company build a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.

10月14日，在上海油罐艺术中心，蓝睛灵与lululemon一同开展“一起好状态”——做你的眼睛陪跑体验活动。
被雨水清洗过的空气格外清新，温和的阳光照亮了参与者的笑容。近100位参与者中有公众参与者，也有蓝睛灵的视障者和陪跑员，还有10位蓝睛灵的无障碍引导师。
健视者和视障者在同一个场地，通过丰富的活动形式，了解了如何陪跑视障者的要点，也进一步了解了视障群体，并且亲身体验了陪跑和被陪跑的感觉。感谢lululemon为视障群体提供了平等参与运动的机会，组织这场多元、融合的活动。
On October 14th, at the Shanghai Oil Tank Art Center, Lanjingling and lululemon jointly conducted the "Together in Good State" - beYoureyeS Running Companion Experience Event.
The air, cleansed by the rain, felt exceptionally fresh, and the gentle sunlight illuminated the smiles of the participants. Among the nearly 100 participants were members of the public, visually impaired individuals from Lanjingling accompanied by running guides, and 10 accessibility guides from Lanjingling.
Sighted and visually impaired individuals shared the same space, engaging in diverse activities to understand the key points of running with visually impaired individuals. The event further promoted awareness and understanding of the visually impaired community, providing participants with firsthand experiences of both being a running companion and being accompanied. Thanks to lululemon for offering an equal opportunity for the visually impaired community to participate in sports and organizing this inclusive and diverse event.
3、蓝睛灵与Google志愿者一起编织陪跑绳，共同倡导无障碍

10月18日中午，蓝睛灵们来到Google办公室，和Google志愿者一起在食堂就餐，一起体验黑暗中就餐。随后，大家齐聚会议室，一起编织陪跑绳，通过动手操作，感受创作的快乐，同时把多元、平等、包容的理念融入了这根小小的陪跑绳中。
On the afternoon of October 18th, Lanjingling visited the Google office, where they joined Google volunteers for lunch in the cafeteria, experiencing dining in darkness together. Subsequently, everyone gathered in a meeting room to weave running companion ropes. Through hands-on activities, they felt the joy of creation while integrating the principles of diversity, equality, and inclusivity into this small running companion rope.

10月27日，做你的眼睛 · 视障者职场赋能“百日计划”4期招募开启。“百日计划”一共百天，分为成长营和执行期两个阶段。志在融合就业的12~14位视障年轻人将于11月底来沪参加成长营，学员们进行职业能力探索，体验多种无障碍运动，参与定向行走及职场能力课程，实地探访多家全球知名企业。
成长营结束后，学员们回到居住地，根据各自制定的百日目标，执行百日计划。在此期间，参与来自世界五百强导师的线上主题课，获得一对一职业发展辅导支持。
本期“百日计划”将同希尔顿酒店集团一起，在希尔顿酒店集团内部，及酒店行业探索及推动视障者融合就业新道路！
On October 27th, the beYoureyeS “100 Day Engagement” Workplace Empowerment Program launched the recruitment for the 4th phase of the "100 Day Engagement." The plan spans a total of one hundred days and is divided into two stages: the Growth Camp and the Execution Period.
Around 12 to 14 visually impaired young individuals aspiring to integrate into the workforce will come to Shanghai at the end of November to participate in the Growth Camp. During this phase, participants will explore professional abilities, experience various accessible sports, take part in orientation and workplace skills courses, and visit several globally renowned companies.
After the Growth Camp, participants will return to their respective locations and execute the Hundred Days Plan based on their individually set goals. During this period, they will engage in online thematic classes led by mentors from Fortune 500 companies and receive one-on-one career development coaching support.
In this phase of "100 Days Engagement," collaboration with the Hilton Hotel Group will explore and promote new pathways for the inclusive employment of visually impaired individuals within the Hilton Hotel Group and the broader hotel industry.

beYoureyeS is a local NGO founded in January 2015, in Shanghai, and is dedicated to promoting sports accessibility, making it easier for those who are persons with visual impairments to enjoy sports.
在我们的活动中，无论视障者，还是健视者，都称呼彼此为蓝睛灵，我们的公益组织也叫这个名字。
Whether a runner with visual impairment or unimpaired runner, all of our participants are called "Lanjingling", which is also the name of our NGO.
