12月蓝睛灵共开展了2期周末融合活动、2场企业社会责任（CSR）活动和3场特别活动，“百日计划”3期开展了4期导师专业辅导课和一对一辅导。
In December 2022, the third “100-Day Engagement” program successfully concluded. Online consulting sessions and one-to-one tutoring sessions continued.
In December, Lanjingling carried out 2 weekend inclusive activities, 2 CSR (corporate social responsibility) events, and 3 specials. The “100-Day Engagement” program had its fourth consulting sessions and one-to-one tutoring sessions.

“百日计划”3期线下成长营圆满收官，开启线上课程
“100-Day Engagement” 3rd Growth Camp Success, Online Program Initiated
12月1日、2日，13位来自全国各地的有志于探索融合就业的视障青年完成了“百日计划”线下成长营后半程的学习。
线下成长营结束后，学员们开启了每周一期的导师专业辅导课和导师一对一辅导。
学习的主题包括了职场实用技能和信息无障碍的操作技巧。
The 13th youngsters with visual impairment from nationwide who desire to explore inclusive employment completed the 2nd part of the growth camp on December 2nd.
On December 1st and 2nd, 13 visually impaired participants from across the country, seeking inclusive employment opportunities, completed the second part of the “100-Day Engagement” growth camp.
After the camp, participants began taking weekly professional consulting sessions and one-on-one tutoring.
The skillset covered included workplace practical skills and informational accessibility.

做你的眼睛第313期、第314期周末融合陪跑活动于12月4日和11日在世纪公园、闵行文化公园开展。
The 313th and 314th beYoureyeS inclusive running activities were held on December 4th and 11th in Century Park and Minhang Cultural Park.

12月1日下午，蓝睛灵李纪元(Annie)和史明明(Sam)受邀在Google中国总部进行了《融合职场、无障碍社会》的主题分享。由于受到疫情影响，史明明在线上参与。Google大中华区的同事在线上和线下倾听了活动。
我们希望通过分享能够让每一位参与者意识到：无论是否看得见，这并不是“帮助”与“被帮助”的关系，而是大家一起努力，一起跑向同一个、融合的、无障碍的世界。
融合就业需要更多力量的加入，期待未来我们拥有更多的可能性。
On December 1st, beYoureyeS’ Annie and Sam were invited by Google to conduct a talk on the topic “inclusive workplace, accessible society” in the company’s China headquarters. Sam connected with us online due to covid. Google employees attended the event, some in person and some online.
We hope that through this activity, participants can understand that, blindness, like any physical impairment, does not divide us into the two roles of “helpers” and “victims.” Rather, it engages everyone with the common pursuit of an equal, inclusive, accessible world.
There’s still a long way to go before we can achieve inclusive employment. Let us hope for the various possibilities ahead.
2、蓝睛灵与某科技企业开展CSR活动

12月14日下午，蓝睛灵与某科技企业浦东门店的员工在世纪公园开展了一场企业CSR活动。
大家通过蓝睛灵们的引导以及亲身的体验了解到在生活中，真正的无障碍便利的不仅仅是少数人，而是所有人。
In the afternoon of December 14th, Lanjingling held a CSR event with the Pudong Store of a Tech Company. Through Lanjingling’s guidance and experiential activities, participants learned that social accessibility is something that benefits not just impaired people, but everyone.

12月1日、2日，“百日计划”3期线下成长营开展了项目管理主题课程、探访了知名酒店、开展了“百日计划”结营仪式。
12月的每周三晚上，学员们在线上开始了导师专业辅导课的学习。
On December 1st and 2nd, the “100-Day Engagement” growth camp carried out project management courses, visited well-known hotels, and held the closing ceremony of the camp.
Students had professional consulting sessions every Wednesday in December.

来自知名企业的拥有丰富职场经验的导师们为学员们带来各类实用的职场技能。
每一期辅导课后，都开展了导师一对一辅导课，导师们引导学员把学习到的知识通过练习和讨论转化为自己的能力。
感谢各位导师对“百日计划”的支持。你们的辅导将改变13位视障青年的职场人生。
Our mentors all had experiences working in established corporations, and they were able to teach the practical skills they developed to their students.
After each consulting session, the tutors would guide students in one-on-one tutoring sessions so that they could transform the knowledge they gained into skills they could apply.
We want to thank the tutors who had come to support the “100-Day Engagement Program.” Your efforts will help transform the career of the 13 visually impaired students.

零基础英语课继续开展
Introductory English Program Continued
12月3日、17日和24日晚上8点至9点，蓝睛灵与室外悦习社的同学们一起开展了第2期“梦想起航”零基础英语课的第6至8次课程。
高中生志愿者老师向视障学员们讲解基础的语法，与学员们互动交流，引导大家多练习，调整单词和句子的发音。
本期零基础英语课于24日课后结束。
英语学习的梦想已经起航，视障学员们将杨起帆，不断前进。
In the evening of December 3rd, 17th, and 24th, Lanjingling joined the members of the “Happy Learning” Club at Shanghai World Foreign Language School to carry out the 6th to 8th session of the 2nd “Sail Your Dream” introductory English Program.
The student volunteers taught English grammar to the visually impaired participants, communicated with them, guided their practices, and corrected their pronunciations.
This part of the program concluded with December 24th’s session.
We hope that our visually impaired participants can sail their dreams and advance unwavered on their path of learning.

December 3rd was the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. beYoureyeS is a local NGO founded in January 2015, in Shanghai, and is dedicated to promoting sports accessibility, making it easier for those who are persons with visual impairments to enjoy sports.
在我们的活动中，无论视障者，还是健视者，都称呼彼此为蓝睛灵，我们的公益组织也叫这个名字。
Whether a runner with visual impairment or unimpaired runner, all of our participants are called "Lanjingling", which is also the name of our NGO.
