In November 2022, the 3rd “100 Days Engagement” program completed its launch and interviews and carried out an offline development camp.
In the same month, Lanjingling carried out 4 regular weekend activities, 5 CSR (corporate social responsibility) activities, 5 special activities, and one race.

“百日计划”3期扬帆起航，线下成长营进行时
Offline Development Camp of the 3rd 100 Days Engagement Program
第3期做你的眼睛 视障者职场赋能“百日计划”于11月5日发布学员招募信息，经过约2周的招募和面试，入选了13位来自全国各地的有志于探索融合就业的视障青年。
11月26日，13位怀揣融合就业梦想的视障者从全国各地独自乘坐火车、飞机独立来到上海参与本期“百日计划”第3期线下成长营。
The 3rd “100 Days Engagement” workplace empowerment program initiated its admissions process on November 5th. After about 2 weeks of interviews and admissions, 13 visually impaired prospective students were selected. They arrived at Shanghai on November 26th.

线下成长营期间，学员们探访知名企业、参加主题课程学习、宣读自己的百日计划目标，他们一起学习、彼此分享，从感悟中获得成长的力量，在学习和生活中都表现得更为职业化。
In the development camp, participants visited renowned enterprises, joined topic courses, and set their 100 days engagement goals. They learned, shared, got inspired, and developed a professional work style in their daily lives.

这一期“百日计划”项目中还有一个特点，那就是蓝睛灵的视障者成为本次项目的主要策划和执行人。他们与学员们一起以自己的行动和探索的热情来推动视障者的融合就业。
A feature of this program is that its organizers are mostly visually impaired volunteers from Lanjingling. They lead the campaign of inclusive employment with their own enthusiasm and explorations.

做你的眼睛第309期至312期周末融合陪跑活动于11月6日、13日、20日和27日在世纪公园、闵行文化公园开展。
11月13日，第310期常规活动时，视障者小金和健视者小谈通过了培训师考核，都成为了正式的培训师。
The 309th to 312th regular weekend activities were carried out in Century Park and Minhang Culture Park on November 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th, respectively.
At the 310th activity on November 13th, visually impaired member Xiaojin and sighted member Xiaotan passed the Lanjingling trainer test and officially qualified as Lanjingling trainers.

刚加入蓝睛灵大家庭1年多的小金，从无法独立出门和不会使用手机、电脑读屏软件到可以使用盲杖独立出行，熟练使用手机和电脑办公。
他分享道：以后我会继续努力，将蓝睛灵“无障碍”的理念分享给更多的人，在推动无障碍社会发展的这条路上，我会坚定不移地和蓝睛灵共同走下去。
同样是参加了1年多活动的高中生小谈分享道：在这个充满爱的地方，我感受到了很多很多的包容和更多新事物，受之影响，我也越来越想在蓝睛灵做出属于自己的那份贡献。经过自己和搭档的磨合与交流，我总是在成长，在改进。我知道我现在很年轻，但我内心那份炙热并不少，希望我在明天和未来，跟蓝睛灵一起走得更远更长。
最后，用小金在本期活动结束时分享给大家伙的一句话作为收尾：蓝睛灵奔跑之处，希望之火生生不息！
第310期活动中，还加入了一位视障伙伴晓萌。
她在活动后分享道：第一次参加蓝睛灵的活动觉得很赞，工作人员无障碍理念的传播、健视伙伴的善意与热情、让我觉得蓝睛灵的整个氛围都充满了正能量，此次活动很有意义！
Xiaojin joined Lanjingling roughly a year ago. She went from being unable to go out alone and unable to use a phone to becoming fully adept with walking with white canes and working with phones and computer tablets.
He said: “I will work hard to promote accessibility with Lanjingling.”
Xiaotan is a high school student who, like Xiaojin, had only been in Lanjingling for a year. She shared: “In this community full of love, there is so much inclusion and other brilliant things. I am deeply touched by it, and I hope I can do my part and offer my contributions in Lanjingling. I am constantly learning and improving with my guide-running partners. I know I’m young, but my dedication is full. I look forward to making an impact in the future with Lanjingling.
At the end of the regular weekend activity, Xiaojin shared: Lanjingling’s footprints bring the lights of hope.
The 310th activity also welcomed a new member, Xiaomeng.
She shared: “it’s wonderful to participate in those activities. The friendliness and passion of Lanjingling’s staffs and members brought so much positivity and energy to this place. Today is very meaningful!”

蓝睛灵在耀中国际学校开展无障碍分享会
Promoting Accessibility at Yew Chung International School Shanghai (YCIS Shanghai)
2022年11月15日上午，蓝睛灵来到耀中国际学校，为在校的四、六年级的同学们带来了两场无障碍分享会，大家通过蓝睛灵小伙伴们的趣味分享对于视障和听障群体有了更多的了解与认识。
In the forenoon of November 15th, 2022, Lanjingling arrived at YCIS Shanghai and delivered presentations for fourth and sixth graders regarding accessibility. Students learned about the visually impaired and the aurally impaired communities.

活动中的提问环节，同学们积极提出各种天真又有趣的问题，蓝睛灵们都耐心地一一进行了解答。通过本次活动，同学们学习到了如何在生活中给予视障者合理的协助，并了解到无论是“视障”还是“听障”，只是一种身体特点，如果社会中有着更加无障碍的设施与便利，那么每一个人就都能平等的生活在一起。
In the Q&A session, students raised a lot of innocent but interesting questions, and Lanjingling answered them all patiently. Students learned how to properly provide support to visually impaired people and learned that visual and aural impairments are but bodily features. Developing accessible facilities can lead an equal life for all.

无障碍的理念像一颗小小的种子一样种进了大家的心中，或许现在看来并不会有什么，但是在十年之后，当这群孩子们长大了，他们心中这颗小小的种子开花结果，从而会影响到更多的人，那时候的社会也必将比现在更加的无障碍。
Accessibility is no more than a seed planted into the students’ young minds. We can’t expect them to sprout immediately, but when they grow up, the seeds will burgeon, sprout, and germinate. Hopefully then, our society will be an accessible place.

上马重启，蓝睛灵圆梦浦江边
Shanghai Marathon Reignited
11月27日上午，时隔两年后，上海马拉松重启，多组蓝睛灵陪跑队伍也和其他跑者一样带着酝酿已久的期望再次站在了上马的赛道上。
蓝睛灵们带着苦练多日的梦想，与小伙伴们一起跑过了浦江的风景，
所有蓝睛灵陪跑队伍的安全完赛为本次蓝睛灵参加上马划上了圆满的句号。
In the morning of November 27th, after two years of consecutive cancellations, the long-awaited Shanghai Marathon resumed. Several Lanjingling teams joined the race, eager to shine on the Marathon track. They ran by the beautiful Huangpu river, past the wonderful shoreside sceneries.
All Lanjingling teams safely completed the race.

11月2日下午，蓝睛灵与某科技企业携手，在上海浦东世纪公园开展了一场志愿者活动。本次活动蓝睛灵分享了“无障碍”的主题内容。
In the afternoon of November 2nd, Lanjingling partnered with a tech company and organized a volunteer activity at Century Park. The theme on Lanjingling’s part was “accessibility.”
2.蓝睛灵在Apple开展线上分享会

2022年11月4日，蓝睛灵受邀来到Apple在上海的办公园区，为300多位Apple大中华地区的合作伙伴带来了一场关于“无障碍”的线上分享会。
在会上，蓝睛灵的三位分享者用生动的故事和细致的讲解为大家呈现了一场别开生面的无障碍分享。线上的伙伴们听得津津有味，在评论区里纷纷发着各种小表情与大家进行线上互动。
线上的听众分享道：“蓝睛灵小伙伴们的分享，让我感到震撼，如此近距离地体会到他们对生活的热爱，进一步让我体会到Apple推出的这些辅助功能的理念和初衷，也让我更有动力去学习和分享这些辅助功能，加强门店这方面的学习。”
Lanjingling was invited to Apple Shanghai on November 4th to host an online conference about “accessibility” to over 300 Apple’s Greater China partners. During the conference, three Lanjingling representatives presented detailed and lively stories about accessibility. The online audiences interacted with the hosts actively. One audience shared: “Our friends from Lanjingling really impressed me with their attitudes about life and their passions. I really started to understand why Apple designs special interfaces for peoples with disabilities, and I am ever more motivated to learn and share about those functions with our store outlets.”
3.楷登企业管理（上海）CSR活动

11月17日上午在东方体育中心会议室内，蓝睛灵为楷登企业管理（上海）有限公司开展了CSR活动。
通过游戏和无障碍体验，参与者们记住了如何引导视障者的要点，在讨论中找到了如何解决问题的有效方法。
In November 17th, Lanjingling hosted a CSR activity with Cadence Inc Shanghai at Shanghai Oriental Sports Center.
Through participating in games and blind experience activities, participants learned the effective ways to guide visually impaired people and found valid solutions in group discussions.
4.上海电力在蓝睛灵开展用电普及活动

11月22日，上海电力的员工来到蓝睛灵办公室为蓝睛灵伙伴们分享了安全用电知识，通过本次活动，蓝睛灵们了解到在大家日常生活与工作中如何避免用电隐患，并学习到了更多关于电危害的知识。
On November 22nd, representatives of Shanghai Electric Power Co. presented lessons about electricity usage to staff members at the Lanjingling office. We learned about avoiding potential risks when using electric appliances and other knowledge about electrical security.
5.强生中国个人健康护理&生命绿洲无障碍工作坊

11月23日下午，在虹桥迎宾馆，蓝睛灵为强生中国个人健康护理带来了一场无障碍工作坊。
活动开场，参与者们分成两组，通过无障碍游戏的形式，感受遇到障碍时，团队如何更有效地沟通、如何更有效地合作完成目标。
随后，两位无障碍引导师向参与者们分享了视障礼仪，如何以对方需要的形式提供协助。
最后，蓝睛灵们向在场强生中国个人健康护理的同事们分享视障者日常可能会遇到的使用药品的需求，以及对非处方药的一些无障碍优化建议。很高兴组织本次无障碍工作坊，希望我们在一起，一点一滴地促成一些无障碍的改善。感谢上海生命绿洲公益服务中心的协调与联络。
In the afternoon of November 23rd, Lanjingling opened an accessibility workshop for Johnson China at Hongqiao State Guest Hotel.
The participants were divided into two groups. Through participating in mini games related to accessibility, they learned the techniques of collaborating effectively while carrying disabilities.
Then, two Lanjingling presenters introduced the ways of appropriately guiding visually impaired people in everyday contexts.
Then, Lanjingling shared the potential medical needs of visually impaired people and some advices regarding accessibility-related optimization.
We’re glad to have organized this workshop, and we hope to collectively improve the accessibility situation of our society, one bit at a time. Many thanks to Shanghai Life Oasis Charity Service Center for connecting us for this event.

零基础英语课持续开展
Introductory English Program
11月5日、19日和26日，蓝睛灵开展了第3期至第6期“梦想起航”零基础英语课。
3次课上，世外悦习社的学生志愿者教视障学员学习了现在完成时、一般过去时和一般将来时。
学员们学习实用的英语对话，了解英语的基础语法，为今后的学习打好基础。
Lanjingling launched the 3rd to 6th stage of "Dream Sailing" zero basic English courses On November 5th, 19th and 26th respectively. Volunteers composed of students from Happy-Learning Society taught trainees the present perfect tense, the simple past tense and the simple future tense. students had a great mastery of practical English dialogue and seized upon the basic English grammar so as to lay a solid foundation for future study.
On November 5th, 19th, and 26th, Lanjingling carried out the 3rd to 6th sessions of the “Sail Your Dream” Introductory English Program.
In this month’s sessions, student volunteers at the Happy Learning Club at Shanghai World Foreign Language School delivered lessons on verb tenses to our visually impaired participants.

Audible Exhibition – Audio Guide Narrated by Liu Yi
2022年9月4日，蓝睛灵组织十余位视障伙伴来到了浦东碧云美术馆， 参加了由融艺团队提供现场解说的“刘毅：从外面，走到里面，又看向外面”个展和“我心中的自然”艺术工作坊。本周，融艺团队发布了刘毅个展的无障碍语音导览音频。解说员富有质感的声音、清晰流畅的解说，令包括视障者在内的所有观众都穿越回展览现场， 与艺术家刘毅老师一起“从外面走进内心，再看向外面”。
蓝睛灵工作人员为本场展览提供了无障碍导览参考建议。
On November 4th, 2022, Lanjingling organized a trip to Pudong’s Being Art Museum to visit the audio-narrated “Liu Yi: Panoramic Perspective from the Inside to Beyond” workshop exhibition. This week, the Rongyi team released the accessible audio guide to Liu Yi’s exhibition. The beautiful narration have the audience a panoramic tour around the exhibition, allowing them to traverse “from the inside to beyond.”
Lanjingling offered guidance for the accessible guide program for this exhibition.
