In December 2021, Lanjingling carried out four regular weekend activities, two CSR events, held three ‘Fitness 100’ accessible fitness activities, organized and participated in four special events, and published its second 2021 biannual periodical. 12月5日， NIKE（微信公众号id：nikejdi）发布蓝睛灵故事《我们的故事从一根绳子说起》；
On December 5th, NIKE’s WeChat official account (id : nikejdi) published a Lanjingling story entitled “Our Story Begins With a Rope”.
蓝睛灵同日发布该文章的无障碍版本。
The Lanjingling reposted an accessible version shortly after.
On December 22nd, the video version of this story，“Without You, I Won’t Run”，was uploaded.

REGULAR WEEKEND ACTIVITIES
做你的眼睛第267期至270期的常规陪跑活动于12月5日、12日、19日和26日在世纪公园、闵行文化公园开展。
The beYoureyeS 267th to 270th regular weekend activities were held on December 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th respectively at Century Park and Minhang Cultural Park.

今年夏天旁听了第2期“百日计划”线下课程的青年视障者金星宇在2021年最后一期常规活动时，担任了实习主持人。
After wrapping off the second round of the “100 Day Engagement” course last summer, Jin XingYu(youth with visual impairment) participated in 2021’s final regular weekend activity as a practice event host.

小金条理清晰的表达、活泼开朗的性格受到了蓝睛灵伙伴们的一致好评，成为了正式主持人。
Jin’s logical delivery and charismatic personality won over the hearts of many Lanjingling friends, securing him the position of official event host.

1. 雅高集团携手做你的眼睛，呼吁关注视障人群
beYoureyeS partners with Accor Group in advocating for more attention to the persons with visual impairement
【雅高资讯】在2021年12月3日“国际残障者日”到来之际，雅高集团发起“2021年度无障碍挑战赛”，旨在宣扬多元与融合。为了响应该倡议，雅高集团大中华区开展“雅高千公里蒙眼跑”活动，与中国非政府组织做你的眼睛一起，为国际残障者日暖心助力。
做你的眼睛为酒店员工给予指导，为其讲解视障人士的需求，并指导其如何保持沟通礼仪。
雅高集团大中华区70多家酒店超过1700名员工积极参与了此次活动，由未蒙眼的员工带领蒙眼跑步者。最终本次活动以2500公里的总里程数落下帷幕。
雅高集团大中华区首席执行官罗凯睿（Gary Rosen）表示：“对酒店员工来说，此次与‘做你的眼睛’合作开展的‘雅高千公里蒙眼跑’活动非常有启发意义。员工不仅能从工作和个人层面深入了解雅高企业文化，而且能够激发自己勇敢应对困难的一面。通过‘雅高千公里蒙眼跑’活动，包括酒店员工在内的所有参与者能够进一步了解如何更好地为视障宾客提供贴心关爱，为创造无障碍社会献出一己之力。”

[Accor News] For the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on December 3rd, 2021, Accor launched a Diversity & Inclusion initiative with the All Abilities Challenge 2021. In China, mobilized locally as the All Abilities Blindfold Run 1000, the activity culminated around a group run to support beYoureyeS, a Chinese NGO dedicated to promoting sports accessibility for the oersons with visual impairment.
The activity brought together over 1,700 employees across 70 hotels in Greater China. Following beYoureyeS training, hotel staff were educated about the needs of persons with visual impairment and given instruction around communication etiquette. Hotels created teams of two, a sighted and a blindfolded runner, and completed a cumulative 20km run in their based locations. At the end of the initiative, participants had run a cumulative 2,500km.
As an open and inclusive company, Accor views diversity and inclusion initiatives not only as a social responsibility, but also as a great strength and opportunity to foster employee wellbeing and empower teams. Gary Rosen, CEO, Accor Greater China notes, “Partnering with beYoureyeS for the All Abilities Run was an elevating and enlightening experience for our staff. This initiative allowed us to engage on both professional and personal levels with the company’s culture, empowering our staff to tap their internal bravery to face difficulties. All staff and participants in the All Abilities Blindfold Run 1000 gained a deeper understanding of how to better serve visually impaired guests, while striving to create a barrier-free society.”

A Technology Company’s CSR
12月14日下午，蓝睛灵和某科技公司的员工在世纪公园开展了企业CSR活动。
In the afternoon of December 14th, Lanjingling participated in a CSR event with a technology company at Century Park.

在冬日晴朗的阳光下，蓝睛灵培训师引导参与者们体验了视障礼仪和陪跑。
在各种无障碍小游戏中，参与者们了解了障碍与无障碍，通过体验和分享了解了如何引导视障者和规范陪跑。
Bathing the winter sun, participants learned about etiquettes of interacting with the persons with visual impairment and guide running under the guidance of Lanjingling trainers.
Over the course of many accessible minigames, participants were able to understand both accessibility and inaccessibility, as well as how to correctly guide a runner with visual impairment runner in a guide running event.
3. 蓝睛灵参加上海迪士尼度假区无障碍游园活动，体验无障碍设施与服务
Lanjingling participating in an accessible park visit and enjoying theaccessible facilities and services at Shanghai Disney Resort
12月30日，蓝睛灵来到了上海迪士尼度假区体验无障碍设施与服务。蓝睛灵们分成多个小组，在游客服务中心分组领取了《残障人士通行服务卡》。亲身感受了上海迪士尼乐园的无障碍理念和服务。
上海迪士尼度假区专为因残障原因而无法长时间等候的游客设计了残障人士通行服务卡，允许持卡的游客在当前景点需长时间等候的情况下，提前预约返回该景点的时间。
On December 30th, Lanjingling members came to experience the accessible facilities and services at Shanghai Disney Resort. Members were divided into groups and applied for Disability Access Service Cardat Guest Services Center. They experienced the inclusive concept and services availableat Shanghai Disneyland.
The Disability Access Service is designed for Guests with a valid disability certificate or proof of disability who areunable to tolerate extended waits at attractions due to their disabilities. This service allows Guests with disabilities to schedule a return time that is comparable to the current queue wait time for the attraction. The service does not provide immediate or priority attraction access.

Fitness 100
12月，蓝睛灵开展了第49期、第50期和第51期看健100无障碍健身活动。
回顾2021年，看健100总共开展了39期公益健身活动及1期开放日活动。
视障伙伴们从使用单功能的健身器械，到尝试卧推和多功能健身器械，从生疏到熟练。有无障碍的初心，就能实现更多的可能。
再次感谢Core's美生活健身馆的支持，他们提供了美好、优雅的健身场地，让小小的视障公益健身每周一次的活动得以持续。
In December, Lanjingling completed the 49th, 50th, and 51st ‘Fitness 100’ accessible events.
In a retrospection of 2021, ‘Fitness 100’ has organized 39 public welfare fitness events and 1 open day activity.
Many visually impaired friends advanced from only being able to use single-function gym equipment to tackling bench presses and complex, multi-functioned equipment while making steady progresses. With the concept of accessibility in mind, possibilities are consistently being unlocked in the daily lives of the participants.
We hereby express our most sincere gratitude to the support that Core’s Beautiful Life Gym gave us. The small initiative we had would not have been able to thrive as such if it weren’t for the wonderful settings that they have provided.

1. 蓝睛灵编辑部在12月3日发布“国际残障者日”宣传文章
Lanjingling Editororial Office Publishes an Article on December 3rd, the International Day of Disabled Persons
12月3日是国际残疾人日，旨在促进人们对残疾问题的理解和动员人们支持维护残疾人的尊严、权利和幸福。
虽然这个日子这么称呼，也许我们谈论时，可以把“疾病”换成“障碍”，“残疾”换成“残障”。有形的障碍看得到，无形的障碍看不到，如果能尽可能的去除掉障碍，就会让所有人生活得更便利。生活在无障碍的世界，在需要的时候能得到善待，会是每个人的需求。
December 3rd is the International Day of Disabled Persons, a day purposed to promote a better understanding of the phenomenon of disability and advocate for more support for the rights, dignity, and happiness of disabled peoples.
Although the holiday’s name contains the word “disabled”, perhaps in our conversations, we should replace “illnesses” with “barriers” and “disabled” with “inaccessible”. Physical barriers may be more visible, but there are invisible barriers in life as well. Eliminating accessibility barriers will make everyone’s life more convenient, rendering a world of accessibility, where kind, candid treatment is at everybody’s service.

Sharing in the GBDN (Global Business and Disability Network (China Division))
2021年12月15日上午，GBDN中国分支年会上，做你的眼睛联合创始人李纪元进行了线上分享，从做你的眼睛的“平等、融合、多元、赋能”讲到百日计划融合就业项目的挑战和经验，通过搭建专业、有效、可持续的通道，汇集各大企业志愿者团队，构建起视障青年走向职场的桥梁。
On December 15th, 2021, beYoureyeS’s founder, Li JiYuan digitally shared the organization’s story at the GBDN China Division Annual Conference. From its values of equality, integration, diversity, and empowerment to the experiences and challenges of the ‘100 Day Engagement, Li’s presentation exhibited how the organization established a professional, efficient, and sustainable pathway, assembling a team of volunteers from multiple corporations to construct a bridge that helped persons with visual impairment to enter the workplace.

3. 小朋友们的大大善意
Big Kindness from Little Friends
在12月里，蓝睛灵收到了来自世外4C班小安智能小组的6位小朋友的一笔小小捐款，让我们感受到了大大的善意。这是小朋友们参加学校奇思妙想活动设计盲人导航眼镜获奖的奖金。蓝睛灵为小朋友们寄去了捐赠证书和周年纪念小本子。
In December, Lanjingling received a donation from 6 students from Shanghai World Foreign Language Primary School Class 4C XiaoAn Intelligence Group. The donation came from the prize money they received in the school’s inventing contest for their invention of navigation glasses for persons with visual impairment. Though a small donation, Lanjingling felt the tremendous kindness in their actions and sent a donation certificate along with its anniversary booklet to this group of friends.

Lanjingling Publishes a Biannual Periodical and 3 Lanjingling Stories
12月，蓝睛灵编辑部发布了蓝睛灵特刊《2021上半年跑过的路》。
Iin December, the Lanjingling Editorial Office published a special issue titled “The Distance We Ran in the First Half of 2021”.

In the first half of 2021, 1532 people (including 606 members with visual impairment) participated in Lanjingling initiated events. We ran a total of 5,467.4 kilometers and spent approximately 4, 526 hours together.
